Built by operators

We built this because we needed it.

Duxer is an ITAD operation. Duxer Cloud is the platform we wished existed when we started — and the one we now run on. Every feature earned its place by solving an actual operations problem.

The legacy stack wasn't built for this decade.

If you run an ITAD operation in the UK in 2026, you're probably stitching together four or five tools that don't know about each other.

Spreadsheets that pretend to be a system.

Asset list in Excel, pricing in another Excel, ESG numbers hand-typed once a quarter. Nothing reconciles. Every audit is a weekend.

ITAM tools that stop at the asset list.

They tell you what you have. They don't tell you what it's worth, where it is in the bench, or what its carbon footprint looks like. That work falls back on you.

Carbon claims that won't survive a board meeting.

A multiplier-per-asset estimate isn't an ESG report. Clients are starting to ask for the working. Most operators can't produce it.

No real software for the small operator.

The enterprise platforms are priced for enterprise. The small operators get spreadsheets and goodwill. There's nothing in the middle.

What we did about it

An operations platform priced for small and mid-tier operators.

We took every workflow Duxer runs in-house — intake, on-site scanning, testing, wipe, sales, reporting — and turned it into a multi-tenant SaaS. Same iOS app our operators carry into client offices. Same carbon model we put in front of our own clients. Same DEFRA integration we use ourselves.

Field capture
iOS app
Scan serials and barcodes on-site, offline-tolerant
Carbon model granularity
Component-level
Per battery, RAM, SSD, screen, board

< 24h
Subdomain, database, branded dashboard

We were going to be customer number one anyway. We figured we may as well let you be customer number two.

Run your operation, not your spreadsheets.

We're onboarding a small group of UK ITAD operators ahead of Circular Tech Expo in October. Get in early.
