The three roles interconnect.
A Champion's handoff becomes an ITAD's or Refurbisher's intake. An ITAD's leftover stock becomes a Refurbisher's supply. Duxer Cloud tracks the asset and the evidence the whole way through, not three disconnected tools bolted together.

What's the contract term?
Monthly rolling on every band. Prepay annually and get roughly two months free.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for beta participants on any card or band.
What happens if we outgrow our band?
Caps lift, your data stays in place. Moving up a band is a config change on our side, with no data migration and no project recreation.
How does the marketplace commission work?
Champions and ITADs pay a commission when a listed item sells through Duxer's marketplace. The exact rate isn't set yet; we're finalising it alongside the marketplace build. Refurbisher's Marketplace band is buy-only for now, with no commission on what you source and no reselling through Duxer live yet.
Can a Refurbisher sell to consumers through Duxer?
Not yet. We're B2B only while we work through the consumer-protection implications of brokering a sale between a refurbisher and an end buyer. Refurbishers can already sell wherever they sell today, eBay, Back Market, their own storefront; Duxer just gives you the grade, price, and cert to back it up.
Is Duxer Cloud available outside the UK?
Refurbisher is launching in the UK, US, and Germany. ITAD and Champion are UK-only for now: waste-compliance features like DEFRA don't have a direct equivalent abroad yet, so we're not ready to promise that experience outside the UK.
