Built alongside real ITAD operations, the platform helps operators move away from fragmented spreadsheet-based processes by consolidating asset tracking, chain-of-custody reporting, ESG workflows, DEFRA Digital Waste Tracking and resale preparation into a single operational environment.
We started Duxer because the existing toolset for UK ITAD operators was thirty years behind the workflows it was meant to support. The enterprise platforms were priced out of reach. The mid-market platforms had stopped investing. Everyone else was running their operation off a shared Excel and a hope.
We're a small UK team. We run an ITAD operation ourselves. What you see in Duxer Cloud is what we use to run it. The carbon model behind our client ESG reports. The DEFRA integration we file against every month.
We were going to build it for ourselves anyway. We just decided to build it for everyone else too.
